Fabrics are relaxed and pre-shrunk before cutting to minimize shrinkage and help garments maintain their intended fit after washing.
Approved patterns are graded and cut using manual, die-cutting, or automated cutting methods to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Logos and artwork are applied using techniques such as screen printing, DTG, puff printing, heat transfer, chenille, appliqué, and embroidery.
Skilled sewing teams assemble each garment with close attention to construction, stitch quality, durability, and finishing details.
Every garment is carefully inspected, measured, and trimmed to ensure it meets the approved specifications and quality standards.
